My name is Ingvild M. Kvisle and I am 26 years old. I’m originally from Porsgrunn, but have been living in Trondheim since 2011. I like to immerse myself in topics I find interesting and look at myself as a curious and analytical person.
Conducting “User interviews User” evaluations in municipalities and specialized healthcare. This includes both the conduct of interviews, analysis and writing reports, as well as presenting findings in dialogue conferences. Coordinating dialogue meetings in municipalities is another of my tasks. I work on the development of KBT’s web pages and with KBT’s presence in social media. 50 % of my position is administrative tasks and I have an administrative responsibility for the office, which includes coordinating joint meetings for all employees and carrying out work environment surveys. I am responsible for data security at KBT and work to ensure that data prosessing procedures are followed. In addition, I work as a controller.
Background and experience
I started working at KBT because I had been out of work for a while due to mental health problems. I have personal experience with specialized healthcare services. Volunteering has always been important to me, and I have experience from the Porsgrunn International Theater Festival and working in organizations like Mental Helse [Mental Health]. I have passed several courses in accounting and salary.
Wishes to contribute with
I’m concerned about how people can move on from having mental health challenges. Therefore I find it interesting to talk with others about what recovery means to them and what has helped them move on. I also find it interesting how people talk to each other, and how we talk about what we ourselves and others are going through. I’m particularly concerned with suicide issues, as it is a personal topic for me, and wish to work for more people to be able to talk to others about what is bothering them.
