I am 36 years old and from Tromsø. I like cooking, partaking in the public debate, relaxing with a good book, drawing or going for a run in the forest.
My daily work is being a peer support specialist at Psykisk helse- og rusklinikken ved UNN HF [the Mental health and substance abuse clinic at the University Hospital of Northern Norway], where I have worked since 2008. I am a facilitator in the User Interviews User-method. In KBT I work as a project team member in User Interviews User-evaluations, and I work with courses for and about peer support specialists.
I am a master student in Praktisk Kunnskap [Practical Knowledge].
I am a co-writer of the books:
- “Psykisk helse, nye arenaer, aktører og tilnærminger”, [Mental Health, new arenas, actors and approaches], Universitetsforlaget (2016)
- “Håndbok for arbeidsgivere som skal ansette erfaringskonsulenter”, [Handbook for employers employing peer support specialists”, National centre for knowledge through experience in mental health (2016)
- The anthology “Levd liv” [Lived life], National centre for knowledge through experience in mental health (2016).
